We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join the team in Vaughan, Ontario. This internal, full-time position supports customers and key accounts across our various consumer product lines. This is a unique opportunity to work with a proven, high-performance team with global partners and hit innovative products including Nanodots® Magnetic Constructors and Polar™ Pen + Stylus.

We are looking for a natural communicator with the ability to quickly develop rapport and maintain business relationships.

50% – Relationship & Accounts management
20% – Grow business among current accounts
20% – Promote new products, campaigns
10% – Administrative duties

  • 1 year related job experience minimum
  • Post-secondary diploma, preferably in a related field
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Online literacy, proficiency in online tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Literacy in other languages an asset (Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Portuguese)
